Retreat Guidelines (established
1/04)
1. All adult TQG members have first option of signing up for this
event with open enrollment to others by date stated on actual form.
2. Anyone, other than registered
participants must register with TQG chairperson of the retreat if
they will be attending for a meal only. These persons must
be registered by the signup final date and payment made at that time.
All arrangements must be made with TQG not with the camp staff and
paid to TQG. We need to provide as little confusion as
possible to the camp staff for cooking and billing purposes.
3. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to stay at the
retreat. This includes junior members. This does not mean
that there cannot be a visitor under the age of 18.
4. All efforts are given to see that everyone has
accommodations to suit their special requests but this is not
guaranteed. There are to be no arranging of rooms by anyone
other than the person in charge of the retreat.
5. If you prefer to bring a radio or anything that
would draw attention, please bring earphones as not everyone wants to
hear additional sounds. It can be quite noisy at times and some
feel that music is distracting and we want everyone to be happy.
This time away is to be enjoyable for ALL.
6. There is to be no alcohol on camp property at
any time.
